ScriptureTrinity UMC takes pride in the basic belief that Scripture is the guide for every Christian believer. For that reason, our foundational document is the Holy Bible. TraditionIn matters of faith and tradition, we are United Methodist without apology. Though there are many who would speak for the Church in the world, the beliefs and doctrines of the United Methodist Church cannot be changed with a press release or a soundbite. A full catalog of the doctrinal statements of the United Methodist Church can be found here. Core ValuesSince it can take quite a while to grasp the full scope of the Scriptures and a lifetime to wrestle with the centuries of tradition in our doctrine, a simplified statement of our Core Values can be found here on the site <link to be added>. MVP Statement - Mission/Vision/PurposeTrinity is proud to be part of a larger body, but we also realize that we have responsibilities in our community. We have opportunities to reach our neighborhoods because of the unique calling we have percieved in our lives. The MVP Statement helps us to specifically outline the role of our congregation in the community and allows us to focus in like a laser beam on the plan God is forming in us and around us.
